MUSIC MINISTRY

“Sing to the Lord a new song;
Sing to the Lord, all the earth.

Sing to the Lord, praise His name;
proclaim His salvation day after day.
Declare His glory among the nations,
His marvelous deeds among all peoples.”
Psalm 96:1-2

At Trinity we recognize the important role music plays in the life of our congregation.  Through the songs we sing in worship at each service and the special musical presentations by our adult and children's choirs and special musical groups, we lift our voices to "sing to the Lord a new song"!

Opportunities for music ministry

Congregation
The congregation has a unique opportunity to use music in corporate worship to unite our voices in praise, thanksgiving, confession and petition.  We hear the love, grace and mercy of God proclaimed through music, and hear the testimony of others expressed through music.

Adult Choir
The Adult Choir participates in special worship emphases throughout the year.  They also spend time together in fellowship.

Special Musical Groups
Various musical groups also participate in various worship services throughout the year, particularly for our Contemporary Services

Children's Choirs
The children’s choirs from the Trinity Day School and Preschool  are designed to help develop musical skills and learn about the use of music in worship and other ministry opportunities.  The children’s choirs provide music for special occasions.

Contact the church office if you are interested in participating in any of Trinity's musical programs.
